About Us

Kilo Nine was started in 2023 by our Head Instructor Darren Gray.

Darren is a Certified Dog Trainer and a Canine Nutrition and Wellness Expert, Scentwork Specialist as well as a Mantrailing Global Instructor.

Darren comes from a military and security instructor background and was a photographer for ‘Dogography’ and has had the pleasure of photographing thousands of dogs at fun dog shows, breed specific shows and Crufts trials held all over the United Kingdom.

Darren was featured on BBC Radio Two in March 2016 explaining specific dog behaviours.
